Quality Management

In a process as multi-faceted as building construction, defects are inevitable. The quality of a project’s execution is therefore not measured by the number of defects but by the time gaps between the occurrence and its time of discovery, as well as by the degree and place of each defect so that, for example, a defect discovered on the second floor will not recur on higher floors.

  • Structured kick-off of each of the 25 kick-offs required in construction projects.
  • Our progressive control process matches samplings to actual execution quality. We analyze control results to identify and examine any recurrence of a defect in various sections.
  • Our QA also extends to examination of the effectiveness of contractor control system/s.
  • Delivery of the project to the client and on-hands management of incoming tenants/owners.
  • Preparation of technical specifications for tenants.
